I had borrowed this scrumptious silver crinoline from Melinda at The Sentimentalist last year to wear to the Fanshawe Fashion show - unfortunately, it had been designated as a rental, and I couldn't keep it.  There is something about being able to take up a whole lot of space with its awesome sparkly swishy-ness that makes me positively giddy with glee.  I was finally able to purchase it from her, and now it's mine, all mine!!  For now, it's on my bedroom wall so I can bask in its shiny splendour.

  1. That is one mighty goddess-like crinoline!, like a silver cloud on your wall. I'm curious to see you wear it with something - but then how can you possibly hide it under a mere dress or skirt?

  2. Oh that is magnificent, Shelley! I thought my ruffley turquoise petticoat was good, but your silver beauty is superb! Vertitable tidal waves of gorgeousness. I am a little envious.... xxx

  3. This is some crimoline skirt!
I have a sensational crinoline skirt i bought 6 or 7 years ago.
It is recycled fashion made by a local designer, it will never go out of style
Is this skirt short or long?
Can not wait to see it on you!

  4. Love your wall art and waiting for the first outing. Knowing you, it will be a wonder to behold.

  5. FABULOUS! I love her so - cannot wait to see what fab outfits you create around her. Sarah xxx

  6. The silver cloud went to an excellent home!
