Cuffed and Rolled

When you're tiny, like this woman, it's often difficult to find jackets that aren't too long in the sleeves, but fortunately, when you're wearing a blazer (that's really what it's called - check it out on Wikipedia) that looks like you might have swiped it from a teenage boy in private school, rolling the sleeves is part of the look.  Menswear jackets look great on women, especially when paired with a feminine top, colourful sunglasses, and cuffed jeans as she's done here.
