Va Va Vroom!

This young woman, Amber Vroom, was a participant in the Handmade Festival at the Central Library on May 8th.  She creates wonderful cards that are collages using pages from pocket dictionaries, letters of the alphabet, buttons, and pictures from magazines.  Each card showcases a particular letter of the alphabet, and if you can't find one you like amongst her stock on hand, she will happily custom make one for you.   She has started to sell her cards on Etsy here .  In addition to being very creative, she had a great coat with orange buttons that matched her tights!  ( I'd love to take credit for thinking of the title of this post, but it's actually the name of Amber's business)

  1. How lucky is she to go through life being named Amber Vroom. It really doesn't seem fair to the rest of us.
